Thank you for your business.  We are one of the largest heavy duty truck parts & service dealers in the country.  We specialize in parts for all makes and models and we have a large inventory of current parts, obsolete parts and specialty parts at our location.  We appreciate your business and we’re happy you chose to do business with us.

 

We have over $2 million dollars in on site inventory in our warehouse in Lamar, Colorado.  We fill 100’s of orders per day and we’re proud of our customer service.  We want to remind you to look at our listing as you’re making your purchase.  Because we do NOT carry everything in our warehouse, some product is shipped from other warehouses and(or) vendors.  This is not uncommon and every wholesaler and retailer has been doing business this way for decades.  We are no different.  Please read this email carefully and it will answer a lot of your questions.

 

When you place your order after 1pm Mountain, it most likely will be processed the following business day.  Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following business day.  If you’re order is placed after 5pm Friday, it will be processed Monday.

 

As in any industry, some product is simply unavailable at the time of your purchase because inventory levels change dynamically.  We are unable to update our listings on a daily basis because of the sheer volume of listings that we have.  Secondly, inventory can be unavailable on Monday but available Wednesday as stock is replenished.  This is just an example.

Our listings are priced at a level that takes FREE SHIPPING into consideration.  Obviously to be able to afford to do this, we need to be able to ship to you in the most economical way possible.  If you are needing expedited shipping, we ask that you let us know before or at the time of purchase.  You will be responsible for all expediting charges as we only pay for FREE SHIPPING.  Free shipping does not apply to brake drums, brake kits, spindles, hoods, large body parts, un-shippable parts, etc.  We do our absolute best to make sure you don’t pay for shipping on our listings but we won’t be taken advantage of either.  If you know you’re ordering a 200# part and are trying to get us to pay for free shipping, it simply won’t happen and we’ll have no choice but to cancel your order.  We reserve that right.  If you’re unsure, ask us.  We will do our best to answer your questions.

 

As stated earlier, orders ship the same day order is placed before 1pm Mountain time as the item is in stock.  If the item is not in stock, we do our absolute best to ship it to you within 3 days.  Sometimes we can’t.  We will absolutely do the best job we can for.  Please keep in mind that if it is a non stock item, we have to order it and most of our dealership agreements prevent us from direct shipping directly to the customer.  That means product comes here first and out to you.  Our job is to make you happy.  We will do everything within our means to do so.  But, please keep in mind, we also have to have a profit or we won’t stay in business.  We’ve been here 35 years and we plan on being here for many years to come.
